Is Your Fear of Rejection Keeping You Stuck?

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐖𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐖𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐎𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫

As a Confident Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, this week, I have been seeing several clients, who are struggling with the trauma of rejection. One client is a lovely attractive and intelligent person. Yet, she struggles to make friends. She thinks it is her personality, she is somehow not doing things right, or is not enough.

 It is none of those things.

 Her inability to connect is caused by two things.

 1. She has low self esteem, and had the belief that her self esteem comes from the way others respond to her. Now she understands. Self esteem comes from within us. Not from others.

 2. She fears rejection, because she is afraid it will lower her self esteem. Another faulty, but common belief. When you have unshakeable self worth, no one, nor anyone’s rejection can affect it. She is working through her belief and building her self esteem, and soon will be permanently free of the fear of rejection. This will allow her to fearlessly make connections, and will attract others to her.

 How? Two ways:

 1. Through Hypnotherapy, we are eliminating the faulty belief that she is not enough or different.
2. Replacing soul-crushing harsh self criticism with self-esteem building self-praise.
3. Coaching, practicing and role playing connection techniques.
