  • What methods do you use with your clients?
    I use a combination of life coaching techniques exercises and activities, and am trained and certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), as well as Neurolinguistic Programming, (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
  • Who is Hypnotherapy For?
    Hypnotherapy is for everyone, of any age, who has an issue that they would like to be free of an issue, or wants to change or improve an aspect of their life. Hypnotherapy can be used to resolve issues or improve many areas of life, including business, social life, school, relationships, sports and performance, as well as let go of unwanted habits, including smoking, vaping, overdrinking, overeating, fears, phobias, pain management, insomnia, and more.
  • What Issues Can Hypnotherapy Help With?
    Hypnotherapy is highly effective for a vast array of issues, such as Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Pain Control, Infertility, Insomnia, Weight Loss, Fears & Phobias, Motivation, Procrastination, Compulsive Behavior, Chronic Stress, Confidence, Money Blocks, Bad Habits and more.

    I specialize in Self Esteem and Confidence, Freedom from Anxiety, Freedom From Smoking, Vaping, OverDrinking, Overeating, Fears and Phobias and Pain Management,. I also work on Overcoming Test Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Shyness, S, Memory/Focus/Concentration, Overcoming Procrastination and Overwhelm, Business Success, Overcoming Money Blocks, Unwanted Habits, and Chronic Stress.
  • Does it work?
    Yes. Rapid Transformational Therapy and hypnosis have worked for millions of people in countless ways, and has been extensively studied as an simple, effective and safe way to deal with many issues that get in the way of people living their best life free of unwanted issues.
  • How long does it take?
    An RTT session typically lasts 90 – 120 minutes. We typically set aside a 2-hour window per session.
  • Am I awake?
    Yes. RTT/Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system. You don’t actually go to sleep. You are fully aware and dropped in to a deeper level of yourself. You are in charge.
  • Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
    No. That’s a myth. You have complete control the entire time. You are talking and interacting with me throughout the session and you will remember all or most of the experience after the session
  • What does it feel like?
    It feels different for different people. For most people it is a feeling of deep relaxation and ease. Some experience a sleepy, floating sensation. Regardless of how it feels, it will still be effective.
  • What if I think I already know the cause of my issue(s)?
    Even if you know the cause of an issue, RTT, will allow you to experience it in a completely new way. Many people go back to seemingly new scenes that may have been repressed, and totally different than what they expected. You will discover that your brilliant, subconscious mind will always go to exactly the right scene for what you need.
  • How does it work?
    Hypnosis is not magic - it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!
  • How will I feel after the session?
    You may feel extremely happy and excited, relieved and free. You may find you are very tired or sleepy, as if you've have worked out with muscles you didn't know you had. You may find yourself very tired and sleepy. You may remember more and have additional discoveries and insights that were previously unknown to you.
  • When will I start to see changes?
    Typically, there are three types of change with Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different: Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session; Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time; Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
  • Where do you do RTT sessions?
    I offer session in-person, locally, in Palm Beach County in South Florida or virtually through Zoom online platform. All you need is an internet connection and I can work with you from anywhere in the world. I have worked with clients in Peru, Australia, France and Germany, as well as throughout the US.
  • What If I Want More?
    RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need two or more RTT sessions on a particular issue. Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. For these reasons I offer a 3-month Rapid Transformational Experience Program for those who want continued support on their change journey. And for those who are dedicated to personal mastery, we can discuss my exclusive 6 and 12-month private coaching programs.
