𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐄𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓



Ten, twenty, thirty, forty pounds have snuck onto your body. It’s unhealthy, uncomfortable. You want it GONE.


You commit, invest money and time and start a weight loss program.


You are full of motivation, excitement, and visions of success and how great you will look and feel.

You hit a roadblock. Stress and life interrupt and intervene, or perhaps you reach the dreaded weight loss plateau.

You start to feel discouraged, defeated, and you reach to your familiar friend, food, for comfort.


Then you feel guilty, more defeated, and think, “why bother. I’ve already blown it.” You go off track a little. Then a little more. Until you are waywayyy wayyyy off track...

for months…or years.

Somehow, you find yourself ready to try…again. New program, new resolve, new motivation….then ....again. It works for awhile, then life happens, stress happens, another roadblock appears and…


you are off track…AGAIN...and AGAIN.

You are not alone. Backsliding and regaining lost weight are commonplace - about 80% of people regain lost weight within a few years. So what is going on here? It’s not necessarily what you might think it is.

It’s not the American diet, the lifestyle, the social media, the stress. So what IS it?

In a word, it is your subconscious.

In TWO words, it is your subconscious BELIEF.

IF you have a subconscious belief about food, or your relationship with food, or about yourself, you will return again and and again to old habits and pattens. Your subconscious will always drag you back to what is familiar.


Very often, a subconscious belief about not being enough is involved in returning to these old patterns and habits. So, you have to learn to THINK you are enough!


Problem solved, right?

Wrong. YOU CANNOT THINK YOUR WAY OUT OF A SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEF.

You have to change the belief subconsciously.


You cannot THINK you are enough.

You have to KNOW IT. Deeply, permanently, the way you KNOW your abc’s, your times tables, how to ride a bike.


That is where hypnotherapy comes in.


With hypnotherapy, you can get to the ROOT CAUSE of the subconscious belief. that is causing backsliding and ELIMINATE it.

Then you are set up for SUCCESS. Regardless of the new eating and exercise plan you choose, you can easily and effortlessly stay on track, and achieve permanent transformation and the healthy body you envision and deserve.


For example, through hypnotherapy, my client was able to release her beliefs around stress eating. She was then easily, effortlessly able to stay on track with an eating and exercise program and release 20 inches and 20 pounds. She subconsciously changed her relationship with food, go for hours without thinking about eating, and be indifferent to sweets and cookies, without needing to remove them from her house.
